What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race: 8 rounds of a 1 km run, each followed by one functional workout station, always in the same order. Total: 8 km of running plus 8 stations. Running is roughly half of your total race time, which is why every good HYROX plan is run-heavy. You can race solo, as a doubles pair (sharing the station work), or in a relay.
