HYROX finish time calculator

Most "calculators" ask you to guess. This one starts you on realistic per-level benchmarks, then lets you tune every input to your own numbers β€” and shows you exactly where your time goes. (Spoiler: it's the running.)

Defaults are typical Open-division singles times; edit any field to match yourself. In doubles you run the full 8 km together but share station reps, so station time roughly halves (we add a little for handovers).

Frequently asked questions

How is a HYROX finish time calculated?

Roughly: your 8 km of running (8 Γ— your average km pace) + time on the 8 functional stations + the roxzone transitions. This calculator sums those to estimate your total.

What is a good HYROX time?

Recreational finishers are often 1:15–1:40 for singles; strong age-groupers go sub-1:10; elites go sub-60 minutes. Doubles are faster as you share the station work.
